This is the deep end of the chilli pool. At 5/5 extreme heat, HEAT SEEKER is for seasoned chilli lovers who want a serious kick alongside their dinner. Try a tiny amount first and build to your own comfort level. Big flavour doesn’t need a biggest-mouthful competition.

Ghost peppers take the lead.

With ghost peppers making up 90% of the sauce, there’s no mistaking who’s running this show. Tomatoes, onion and our own HoneyBurn join lime, lemon, mint and basil, with apple cider vinegar and malt vinegar rounding out the lineup. Chilli-forward fire with a savoury foundation, a citrus twist and a little sweet-heat mischief. Your usual BBQ bottle might want to sit this round out.
